Serpentine belt snapped on the highway this afternoon over 100km away from home, and after trying 5 other nearby shops OK Tire agreed to help me out. They brought in the parts right away and had my car back on the road that evening, saving me and my family from having to find alternate transportation or accommodations. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

This location, part of a greater change, is locally owned and operated by a family, and I think that this is the third family to own this branch in all the decades it's been in operation.The people here are friendly and helpful, and the current owners and the last (I didn't deal with the ones before Pete and his wife (I'm sorry. I don't know her name)) are just great people who are kind and run the business well.

My place of employment used Ok Tire for our work trucks, with no complaints. So, I went in for an oil change on my personal vehicle. They were able to put me on a cancelation list and fit me in within 2 days of calling about booking. Affordable, Great service, Awesome and friendly staff. They also did an inspection and quoted some maintenance work that should be done on my vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Since we are new to the area, it was nice to get that kind of service.

Had been towed to this location when my clutch blew on the highway. They had “fixed “ it for me so I could drive back to Alberta. 3 months later I’m left stranded on the highway again due to my clutch. Today it is at my local mechanic getting fixed just to find out more damage has been caused to my vehicle from OK tire replacing my clutch. - editing the second half of this review because they have called and are claiming they are going to reimburse - they offered without question. Will adjust review once done!
