We can`t say enough about Dr. Todd. We have been going to her for 12 years, and find her very sincere and she truly cares about your pets and situations. We recently trapped an 8 year old male feral cat, and Claire took him in without an appointment, knowing I may never catch him again, and neutered him for us. We also captured 4 little feral kittens, and although Dr. Todd was beyond busy she took care of these little kittens for us. How many vets are going to go out of their way to help out when they are that swamped. She truly is an angel, or even better a SAINT!! Of course we cannot forget about all the staff, who at this point feel like family! Thanks Claire and staff we love you guys!!

Always amazing.The staff are super warm and welcoming and Dr Todd and her team always take special care of my dogs. Debby, Taylor and Holly are wonderful to deal with and I trust Dr Todd 100% with my pets health.

Dispicable behavior by their staff members, especially Debbie. We have been clients for over 10 years, I unfortunately have to euthanize our family pet. My wife very much wanted to be present (was her baby before she had actual children). Due to the prices, we found ourselves shopping around and found the Welland humane society to be $300 cheaper. The only catch was my wife is not allowed to be present due to staffing issues. I was told by humane society, that they would honor the price of the cremation services, if we wanted to have our cat euthanized at our vet. I spoke with Debbie April 17 and had a five minute conversation about pricing and if this was ok with them. She gave me pricing and assured me my wife could be present for our cat's final moments. Fast forward to last Wednesday, I called and got Debbie again, who acted like we never spoke. She said she wasn't sure if Dr Todd would even consider euthanizing our cat. The cat in question is over 10 years old, stopped using the litter box over a year ago and is mean and aggressive to our young children. We have tried to rehome the cat, however due to her problems , no one wants her. We love the cat and this has been a very difficult decision to make. Due to Debbie's confusion and quite frankly, her attitude I asked to speak with Dr Todd directly , she (sounding very happy with herself) told me there would be a $100 or so charge. To which I responded, how that was ridiculous. Debbie told me, that she would speak with Dr. Todd and call me back. Today we received a letter in the mail saying that Dr. Todd has dropped us as her clients ... Saying that we swore, this is an outright egregious lie and the simple fact that we are not allowed to defend ourselves solidifies those feelings.. I thought doctor Todd was an animal lover. Seems more like she is a money lover. Very disappointing thank you for making a difficult thing all the more stressful... Wish there was a zero star option...

Dr Todd was very informative about my dog's condition, and gently checked her over. The front staff was friendly. The office is very nice and clean. We had a good experience there.

Dr. Todd is the absolute best vet we have ever taken our pets to. She and her staff take the time to explain things in plain and simple terms, and they are all so kind and caring. Special shout out to Deb for all the friendly reminders! So grateful to have found this vet when we moved here.

Dr. Todd and her staff are professional and friendly. I am very pleased to have access to high quality veterinary care for my dogs so close to home. Dr. Todd spends the time needed to adequately assess health issues and answer my questions without rushing through appointments. Dr Todd and staff at the Fonthill Animal Hospital are outstanding. We’ve been taking our Siberian cat there for years and today our new puppy. She spent so much time with us today as she always does. I drive 30 minute for Dr Todd’s veterinary service; I would drive hours if I had too.

Great staff. Dr. Todd takes the time to make sure you have all the information you need for a healthy pet. The entire staff is very compassionate and caring.

Dr. Todd is one of the best vets in the area. She always puts the animal's welfare first. Her and her team demonstrate extraordinary care, compassion and service. We really appreciate all that they do for our pets.
