Company changed a pump on water heater and left with it leaking. We called them the technician told us to put puddy on it which we did and it didn’t help. We called the company and he sent the technician back fixed the leak and tried to charge us $500 to replace a shark bite. I called him and said this was not right and he basically told me to f-off. The heater stoped working the next week so we called Independent energy and they discovered that the pump Rollys put on was installed backwards. We then had to pay another $900 to for a new pump. We own 22 apartment units and have never dealt with such a horrible company and owner.

Had a furnace, HRV unit and propane fireplace installed by Rolly's.All great quality products with professional installation.Had a small issue and was taken care right away. The service is top notch and they are always available to answer questions - a rarity in todays business world. Thank you Richard and team:)

We had a bbq hook up and garage heater installed. Quality of workmanship was great and price was best in town. Rick and his team were a pleasure to work with and would recommend using them.

The technician came to service our furnace, space heater and inspect our hot water heater. He was so polite and professional it was very impressive. He was honest and explained everything to us so we could understand. I would highly recommend this business based on our first experience.

Had a boiler emergency today, Rolly's got someone out same day. Marcus was friendly and professional. He had to come out after hours, he was efficient but still detailed. Price was extremely reasonable for an emergency after hours call. Highly recommended

The 20-year old hot water tank that I had been renting finally gave out and I realized I had paid this tank many many times over by renting. I called Richard... a company I knew I could trust and on the very same day, his professional employees installed and removed the old tank, all at a competitive price. Thank you Richard!!

We contacted Rolly’s when our Navien combi boiler failed. It heats our domestic hot water, & our in-floor heat coils. We had tried to find someone knowledgeable about the system for days. In fact, we have not been able to find anyone competent even to do regular maintenance over the years. We found Rolly’s on-line. As soon as we called & spoke to them, we realized we had found a pro. They were here today, fixed the system (it’s -25 today, so we are most grateful to have in- floor heating restored ). They were knowledgeable, efficient, had the needed parts, were pleasant to have in our home. We give them 5 stars, two thumbs up, & lots of thank you. We will be regular customers.

I would highly recommend Rolly's heating to anyone who is looking to replace a fireplace. The installers were very professional in the service they provided. They even used coverings to put on the stairs and the work area , made sure I was explained how to use the fireplace, and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. We contacted Rolly's Heating after reviewing an exceptionally high quote from another company. We booked an appointment and when our plans changed Richard showed up a day early to accommodate us. His knowledge of the replacement of the furnace and hot water tank was exceptional. Had we followed the recommendations of the other salesman we would have been dealing with an infraction with regards to the venting of the hot water tank and would have been scrambling to contract the additional work required.The installation crew showed up on time. They were very pleasant to deal with and willing to discuss any questions we had. The work was of excellent quality and very pleasing to the eye. The boys loaded the old hot water tank into my truck to be returned.The receptionist was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Richard has been very easy to get a hold of and always addressed our concerns. This was our first time dealing with Rolly's and in the future we will call them first. Barry and Sylvia
