I have made LOTS of purchase with them, the product is ALWAYS as described, in new condition and a fraction of the cost I would pay at the actual store. Unfortunately this business does not properly authenticate items and are selling many items that are not authentic, but priced as though they are. They should be providing a certificate from a third party authenticator such as Entrupy with all bags, but they do not do this. They say they use certain authentication services but do not provide a certificate or any proof of this.I’m sure they sell authentic items as well, but on three occasions I have verified items to be fake and tried reaching out to the company who has failed to address it or respond to me. Most recently, on an instagram post I simply asked if they use a third party authenticator and they deleted my comment and blocked me… lol. Very poor/sad way to run a business like this, but good luck! Buyers, do your due diligence before purchasing from here!
