The pizza was really good but the oven baked fish was not good at all i ate at Cottrell location and it was awesome at that time and sometimes the base of pizza looks burnt I believe they put boxes on top of pizza oven to keep them hot butThat things keeps continues cooking process

There is no option to give less than one star. No respect for customer’s time. The owner said “Trust us for One last time” and still the pizza came after 1hours 15 minutes. It was very cold. And the owner said the driver took three different deliveries at same time. That’s not customer problem. Hire more drivers so that customers can get fresh and warm pizza.

Hi I m fully satisfied with store service but, I will say management to cheer up their team to be warm welcoming while having order..on call the person I call for pizza order was like a robot, may be my missunderstood..Thankyou

$16.65 for medium (3topping pizza)butter chicken pizza with one dip, toppings: chicken and onion . Its a take away pizza order. I was amazed chicken is considered as double topping and you have to pay extra for butter chicken sauce. I have given 3 stars, reason the quantity is good for toppings. Okish customer service. The dip i wanted was not available i got jalapeno ranch that also taste not good . Plus the base butter chicken sauce taste bad felt like old sauce. If somebody wants to have same pizza moga’s ones is good. Veg. Pizza of this particular location is good and tasteful either three or four toppings. No branding over box.

Come on $27 for large pizza!!!And they don’t let their customers use rest room. What a great customer service. And she said owner don’t allow customers to use washroom.

Asked for onions, mushrooms, roasted red pepper and feta cheese. The pizza was anything but all of the above toppings. I could only spot onions or burnt out roasted red pepper. The toppings were non existent. The dough and the cheese were hard and sticky and the pizza was overcooked. I am not sure if this is a franchise but City South Pizza needs to take cognizance of this location's atrocious quality and service. The person manning the front seemed least concerned about handing over the burnt pizza. Avoid ordering from here!

The customer service was good but restaurant doesn’t succeed only with customer service it must have quality of food.I had pizza’s from another locations too, i use to get whatever I ordered but this time i had worst pizza of city south.It had no sauce on the base and wasn’t sliced properly and even it wan’t baked properly.
