Seriously bad service. The prices are hard to beat yes but the service isn't consistent. Most of the time, I can't even stream a 1080p YouTube video without it buffering. We have the 45mbps down/10mbps up plan with local and Hong Kong phone. And it never reaches full 45mbps down (expected). But it constantly tops out at around 25 mbps.Half the time, the IP phone doesn't even work. We're paying $100 a month for like only 25mbps internet service.

I've had to unplug and plug my modem every single day. After every single zoom call, my internet drops. During zoom, the call drops. On all my devices. When I call them, the only thing they tell me is to restart it, which is basically zero help.

There is no technical support over the weekend. Our internet is down and you can't find any help over WhatsApp, FB messenger or calling internet technical support.

Always disconnect, 5 days working from home, 4 out of 5 days need to un-plug and plug the cables to reconnect, if lucky, get done within 30 minutes, some days took over 2-3 hours for it to resume, what an exercise, I feel exhausted for the modem and the router. The 1 star is for the days that it works.

Good internet service with high quality without lag when watching TVB and Netflix. The HK phone number service is like stationing in Hong Kong with a real Hong Kong phone number. I can also call forward my HK mobile to this number to save on roaming charge.

Ihave no problem with this service for until recently. After complaing for echoing sound with both the local and HK tel lines, I was advised to change for a new modem with Rogers, my internet provider, which I did, but with no improvement. Citi Telecom then advised that they will reprogram a new tel box for me and supplied an interim box for the time. It took more than a month (since my first complaint)now and still the new phone box is not ready. Because of this, I missed calls from HK and local, particularly calls from medical institutions. I made numerous calls and several visits to their office and every time the answer was they were working on it. Also when I pressed for a timeline when the new box will be ready, they asked me to do a few things with the old box to look like as if they were doing something but with no effect, which in my opinion is dragging to avoid further complaint. This is an irresponsible company that I would not recommend to anyone should they continue with this business mo. HB

Very bad connections. 24/7 laggings!The worst ,the most horrible internet connection service provider in the city. All i know is they loan connections/data from Rogers and pay it in exchange of our inferior services and connections, that says our connections are very secondary or the lowest standard than to Roger's primary and majority's customers have. Poor data. Poor Connections.

Poor service. Internet service has been down for 5 days and they are not able to do anything to fix it. Keep saying we doing our best is not a solution.
