I need a magnifying glass to see the size of the donuts anymore. Shrinkflation is one thing but when tge prices go up significantly and the size goes down, it is just robbery. I ordered soup and received (truly) a watered down bowl of soup (I guess so the soup could be stretched out to last longer). It was horrible. There was a time when pride was taken in the product. Now, there is just industrial junk on the shelves. If you ate in Wkndsor and want a real donut, go to Steimar's on Ouellette beside Tepperman's. There you can buy a REAL home made fritter or donut! The coffee at Tim's also tasted burnt as I have experienced at several branches. It seems that McDonald's makes a better cup of coffee these days. Someone inside did order one of the new pizzas and I must say it didn't look too bad and smelled pretty good.

Never a bad stop for an ice capp, but junk food at Timmy's on everything on their menu. they toot themselves as healthy, but they are WAY FAR FROM being healthy, when they don't make anything. drinks are ok. food heck no.

I live a block from this location and you would think that would be a benefit on the way to work but I have less than a 50% chance of getting my coffee made correctly. The employees must be dyslexic because they constantly put twice the amount of cream and half the amount of sugar. If I dare tell them to correct it they think I’m trying to scam a $2 coffee even though I’m giving them the FULL COFFEE back. Right now there’s a 15min construction detour so because I went back and took too long they charged me for another coffee and took back the cottage cheese floating coffee they originally sold me. I started asking for black coffee with cream and sugar on the side but even that’s too difficult because the creamers are ALWAYS spoiled rotten. Maybe it’s time to hire some ADULTS who graduated high school, I’m sick of throwing away my money. Starting to believe it’s on purpose. Hands down the worst Tim Hortons in Ontario. One day when they get sued over a food allergy or by screwing up some diabetic’s order they will get the picture.

Very inconsistent. staff making up time by filling a medium french vanilla 3/4 full. Too bad the cups weren't see thru to see how much you're getting before driving off.

Great location, Close to River front trails and Parks and Pitt West Historical Building & ice Cream + Surf ShopNote: no drive threw in this location and parking could get busy.

It's a restaurant that passers-by like very much. But as a foreigner, I think it's OK. It mainly sells coffee and some high-quality food. It would be nice if some special food could be added sometime.

Definitely the WORST Tim Hortons tasting Coffee is all of Windsor and Essex County!!Please Skip this one and drive 5 mins north or south to the next Tim’s! Then you’ll get a real cup of coffee at another Tim’s!It’s not the first time it’s been really bad….But for some reason I keep thinking maybe…just maybe …they’ll get it right the next time…..They haven’t!I’m done with this one, save your money !!I’ve been going here for years but something has changed….it’s always a Horrible Coffee!Burnt favour, weak tasting, and always missing sugar! I’ve had to stop going there, today was the the last straw! The Choice is Yours now…
