Great assortment of shoes. Staff was friendly and efficient. The store was clean and well laid out. There are always some great sales and my daughters totally love shopping there.

The staff in the kids section was very nice. I got some nice pink and white Adidases and he was very patient and was willing to help when needed!

I went here with my dad and when he asked for help no one came to see him, I got annoyed they didn’t acknowledge him and I raised my voice and raised my arm to get their attention for him. Eventually they came to help him. And it was satisfactory they helped him at the end. I was disappointed they didn’t acknowledge him when he asked for help.

location wise this place can be a little busy at times but the staff are always willing and able to lend a hand if you need to find something and their prices are quite fair for good quality merchandise

Never have my size in the shoes I actually want. Bought a pair for my dad and had to come back the same day because there was a stain on the tongue and sock lint inside, but got sent over to Champs to exchange mine for a clean pair. All around exhausting experience. The guy in the hoops department was nice that day but his hands were tied for product availability

What happened to customer service. The best you can hope for nowadays is that one of the sales associates can peel then selves away from the back hallway, or their conversations with each other long enough to pretend to help you.

I like this place. Bought my shoes there and still came to check for updates. Sometimes you can find shoes for a really good price. The only thing is that not always I can find my size...but otherwise good place!Would recommend.
