Epic! I’m so glad we have stores like this in Victoria. I’ve been wanting to go back to some of my favorite consoles of my video game history. Service and selection was great. Such a better experience buying locally. Picked up this purple Nintendo 3ds and it’s flawless. Comes with a 30day warranty from Epic Games as well. The shop has a very nostalgic style and decor. Reminds me hugely of the little independent video game shops of that era.

They have an impressive selection of new releases, current gen and retro video games selection. I was mainly looking for the Nintendo Switch. Also have a good selection of trading card games sealed and singles for magic the gathering, Pokemon and Yu-gi-oh.I was really impressed by the video game side as you don't see many shops that can offer new sealed games for current gaming consoles. Looking at the Nintendo Switch new games they have your typical mainstream games but they also have a lot of hard to find physical release domestic and imports. It's very rare to see a video game store offer this as most sell used and retro games.On the trading card games front. It's your standard offering for sealed products. It would be nice if they offer more high end or obscured sealed products even if it's at inflated collector's prices. The magic and Pokemon singles were a good selection spread but nothing too crazy expensive I've seen.

Excellent selection, fair prices, gives good value for trade-ins, and the staff are super helpful. Easily the best game store on the island. Stocks both new and old games.

I love this store. I've recently been. Leaning out the old gaming equipment and my children are getting into D&D. You can trade in for store credit and they have more then just video games. Pop in and look prices are super fair and they have the best Nintendo switch selection in Victoria by far!

Bought 2 games for the Genesis. They a bit over priced, which would have been fine, but one was broken. When I went to return it a couple hours later to the same teller, they wouldn't give my money back; on a game they sold to me broken. I do not recommend them.

It's my favorite place to stop by and explore. They have a huge variety of video games, consoles, toys, accessories, sections for pokemon cards, magic the gathering, and dungeons and dragons. The staff are super friendly and help you with anything you may need, including recommending fun game titles for you! One of my favorite things about epic is that they post updates on their social media accounts so I always know what's new or coming out! Thanks Epic games!

Genuinely one of the best game stores I've been in. As someone who works in a smaller LGS off the island, these folks have it down pat. Great pricing, great selection, as a collector it's a haven. Thanks for a great experience!

Traded in some games for some other goods, including a brand new power brick for an original Xbox one. I just called and asked if they'd take it back for something else in the store as it wasn't actually what I needed. And they said now that it's opened and considered used, they would take it back for a discounted price, and not the full 50$ for what they priced it at. I mean if you ask me, that's a laughable return policy. They need to see the standards being put in place by other shops and act accordingly if they want to succeed. I even asked about the return policy and the guy that was helping me told me I had 30 days. Not once did he mention that if it was opened that it would be discounted, now they do have some cool stuff, which is a bit over priced, and I wanted to put the 50$ credit towards something else, I guess instead I’ll just be throwing this perfectly functioning power brick in the trash..25 of a star

We come here every couple of weeks because we are nerds and love our Pokemon cards and browsing d&d characters and other things we need.Staff is always friendly and able to help us with what we need.Love having stores like this around!
