Ryan and his crew recently installed a beautiful (Vermont Castings) wood stove in my home. They were professional and left my home cleaner than they found it. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks again Ryan and crew for the great experience!

Ryan’s team is great and does respond to emails to make things easy. I asked Ryan to remove a fireplace and cap the line. He and his helper did it in a professional manner and also went to the roof to remove the chimney. I asked my HVAC guy (who was here for another job) to double check if everything was done correctly and he confirmed that they did everything correctly. Thank you!

I was looking for a professional to start up my fireplace and service it. Right from the initial phonecall, you could tell about the professionalism of the company. Alice was patient in listening and understanding the issue. Big win there itself!!They managed to squeeze in an appointment as I was time crunched.Joel the service guy was right on time as promised to me. He was quick and pin pointed the issue and took the time to explain the problem. Serviced it and gave me tips to maintain the unit. He also cleaned up the unit completely and gave it the best possible look. He was neat and you could tell he cared for what he does.Overall a great company to work with and have my full support. I just had my fireplace serviced. Looks great! They called me the day before to confirm the appointment and the tech called me in the morning when he was on his way over.My burner had stopped igniting. My fireplace had not been serviced for 9 years (since I bought it). He fixed the issue straight away and I had the fireplace maintenance completed. WOW. Glass pieces washed and cleaned, glass cleaned and polished, all gas connections checked … and they painted the metal black again. My fireplace looks brand new. Call Ryan My Fireplace Guy. Great service. Paint was a strong smell but I opened my windows and it went away pretty quick. I think if I had opened them while he was painting it would have been even better. The only way I could tell they had been there was a shiny new fireplace. :)

Contacted this company approx last weekend. Received a prompt call and they showed up Friday to diagnose issues on two fireplace units and carry out maintenance. Joey was beyond expert and professional.They replaced my control board on one unit and fixed a wireless remote issue on another.But then each unit was meticulously cleaned, touched up with paint and the rocks and embers restored. In fact, these units have never looked as good as even they day we moved in.Extremely hard working and professional as well. Thank you guys.

Alice, the lady who answered the phone was polite, informative and pleasant to talk with. The owner Ryan and his staff Joel were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Second time using this company to have a fireplace cleaned. They're very professional, friendly and conscientious about their customer service. This time I also had a fan installed in my fireplace. Cost was reasonable and Alex was friendly. Highly recommend this company.

All I can say is awesome Ryan did a great job. He communicates with his customers and doesn't leave them hanging. He answered all my questions before I even went with him. I did look into 3 other companies and Ryan was the best one from all the reviews I read and well he was quick in answering me right away.Ryan stuck to his quote for the fire place maintenance and safety check, there was no hidden cost. He did have to do a repair like he said over the phone and he told me before he did the repair so there was no hidden cost, which was nice he didn't just surprise me at the end. He is a very clean worker, he put down a cover and kept all of his tools and everything on it so it didn't make a mess on my carpet. He also cleaned my fire place inside and out and made sure there were no leaks and broken parts.He also educated me on what to look for and what to do or not to do when it comes to fire place.He is really nice, no matter how many questions I had he didn't get annoyed like some tradesmen. he answered whatever question I had.Thank you so much Ryan for the service and your awesome I totally recommend you to everyone.Communication 10/10Cleanliness 10/10service 10/10
