I can't say enough amazing things about Stone Design Concepts and I'm totally in love with my new" 80's kitchen! My experience from the showroom to installation was seamless. I worked with Karina to try and select a countertop that would compliment both my existing cabinets and tile flooring

Everyone we dealt with from the office staff, the person who came to measure and the installers (Maxime & Pascal) were very professional and friendly. No unexpected surprises.

From start to finish happy.We went in and chose what we wanted. Due to covid that had to be a booked appointment.The designer and measure really didn't appreciate my jokes but was very professional and was very skilled. The installers were also professional and very skilled.Thanks everyone

I wanted to upgrade from laminate to quartz in my open-concept kitchen to help sell my town home. Stone Design Concepts was recommended to me by my coworker, and he was right they are the best!!Karina was so awesome to deal with. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and so sweet.The installers were efficient and I didn't have to wait long after choosing my quartz for it to be installed. It looks amazing, and I sold my place in 1 day :)Their prices are incredibly fair, they run a legitimate business and don't try to scam you by charging hidden/extra fees. I will be buying from them again for my next home!

Stone Design Concepts fulfilled our wish to get quartz in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. The staff was amazing. Karina and Ed helped us. Both were very friendly, very professional, and were knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable and the job was done promptly. Their work exceeded our expectations, we are very happy with their service. I would 100% recommend them and go through them again.

We have been working with SDC for a while now, and they have become our go-to for beautiful quality stone at fair prices. Their team is wonderful to work with, and they exceed our expectations (and our client’s) with every project. This company is trying to charge me for work that wasn’t completed. Sales order description was to repair 2 seams in a quartz countertop for 250$ plus taxes but they could only fix 1 seam. When contacted, this company told us we were paying for a “service call” and not the amount of seams fixed. They were expecting the full amount although 1 seam isn’t fixed. So basically they are telling us they were expecting 250$ plus taxes no matter if they could or couldn’t fix the seams.Very unprofessional email was sent to a friend to ask to paid... nothing makes sense, no info communicated is accurate. At the end of the email, threatening to put us in collection and we will have difficulties renewing “government cards” whatever that means, not sure.This kind of “customer service” is unacceptable because if this would of been an elderly person, they would of paid it.Would gladly pay the full amount if the work was actually completed.

Worst experience. Had my counters templated July 28 and was given an install date of august 12 between 1-4. 4 came and went and they were a no show with no notice on a “truck issue”. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone and once I didn’t there was little to no information. I finally ended up getting my new install date for the following Monday between 10-2. From the previous experience I decided to follow up before the time window closed and couldn’t get an answer for over 2 hours. Finally reached someone and they said they are on track for the time window of 12-4 but I was never notified on the changed time window. I asked her to follow up with the installers and she would phone me back. She never phoned me back so I returned the phone call and have now been notified after rescheduling my plumber for the third time that they will not make it out again today on another “truck issue” with no plan for another install date. With 3 small children and no working kitchen this is completely unacceptable, I would never recommend

This is the 2nd time we've purchased granite counters from Stone Design Concepts Inc. They did a fantastic job all around. Karina was extremely helpful and patient while choosing the right granite. She also set up and made sure the installs went smoothly. Both times the Installers were professional and did outstanding jobs. I would definitely go back a 3rd time if/when we ever move.

Very professional installation of countertops from the templating to the actual installation, all done in a timely manner. We are very happy with the end result. There were some issues with the leveling of our cabinets that were addressed by the technicians even if I was supposed to address those issues. They added some shim support and made sure that the end result had no issue. Highly recommended!
