January 29, 2023. Very slow sellers. They don’t know parts by name. Them need to show picture or parts. Spent 15 minutes to buy 2 parts. Bad!!! Previous sellers was perfect professionals!!!

Dealt with Selah at the store who provided exceptional customer service. She was patient and helpful and ensured we were buying the right control panel for the fridge. Great inventory selection and very fair pricing given that we were looking for a part for a 10 year old fridge. Highly recommend this store!

Yesterday i had the pleasure of speaking to Jen regarding a GE dryer timer knob i needed.. orderd 2 units in case. . recieved them today Mar 1st-23 .. super, super fast delivery. and knobs were excellent... they actually look better than the original as they are reinforced on the inside of the knobs... hats off to Marcone.. will keep in mind for other appliance supplies needed.. Great Job to everyone...

I have been to Marcone Supply several time and each time the service has great. The last time I went Shane was my sale assistant. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After get my part he got the best price for it. I will definitely refer my Friends and Family to Marcone.
