Customer service was great, you can tell the owner really cares about their company and their customers. Constant emails back and forth even late at night past closing hours. Not only that, I also received a quality piece of work fast and on time.I’ve never purchased a custom engraving before so I can’t really speak on price, I did think it was high but once again I do not have anything to reference it to.Overall very happy with my experience with this business

I went to the store to pick some baby shower gift and pick a frame after spending 1 hour as they don't have anything. Finally got one frame while talking about the engraving me and my husband asked the girl if they have new frame as the one was displayed had many scratches and damaged from the back. The girl replied YES" and we finalize the order. And 2 days later when we went to pick the frame saw it was engraved in the old one. I asked the how come I didn't get a new one. Starting from the owner and sales lady lied and blamed me that they have said to us that they don't have a new piece. Which is such a lie and blamed me accused me that the sales lady and owner had conversations history that she told.How can people lie like this on running franchise business. Instead of giving me any compensation they make me lier and blamed. Finally I had to pay full price and took the blame. SHAME!! SHAME!!ON THEM AND THE OWNER AND THEIR SALES PEOPLE."

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wanted to order some copper mugs with engraving for a wedding gift, but they were out of stock on the website. I contacted the company and they kindly ordered some for me and engraved them at lightning speed! They were quick to respond, very kind and accommodating to my needs, especially Mona! The mugs turned out spectacular! Thank you so much for the kind and quick service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everyone was so helpful with my needs. My bracelet was super tiny and wasn’t even sure they’d be able to engrave, but they sent it away and exceeded my expectations. Even with sending the pieces away, the turn around time was quick and communication through out the whole process was spot on. 10/10 recommend. Attached a photo to show how small they actually managed to get on there for me. Amazing.

Ornament was cheaply made. Printing was off center and poorly done. The picture was a bit older but even the printing from the site was poorly done. To clarify my response. The picture I used was the best part of my ornament even though it was an older picture. If you look at the writing around the ornament it is blurry, smudged and the whole alignment is off center. Definitely not worth the money that was asked. On the site it looked really good and this I was will to pay the outrageous shipping costs thinking I was going to get a really great memorial piece. But instead I got a misaligned poorly printed item, that to be honest, I may not even be able to hang on my tree because it is that bad.

Engraving Reimagined was fantastic, my daughter was looking for a very specific engraved necklace for her friend’s birthday and they did a beautiful job. Reasonable prices, friendly and quick service. Now that I know about them I’ll be back, thank you!

Excellent customer service! They asked the right questions and explained the process and design desicions well. We ordered four whiskey glasses and they came out looking great. The small details in the writing are easily distinguishable.

I had decided to have Kailani water bottles engraved for a couple of my classmates. It is our 50th school reunion. I had purchased the bottles elsewhere. So I went to Engraving Reimagined in Market Mall. There I met Aliyah.She was so professional and charming and really looked after me.The water bottles look terrific and I will use them again.Thank you.

I worked with Mona and the engraving team on designing the engravings for a Vera Wang cake serving set. The engravings turned out beautifully, my fiancé and I are so happy with the results! Mona was so helpful throughout the entire process - really amazing customer service. Jason and I can't wait to use this set on our wedding day and for all special events to come thereafter.
