Wickham Nurseryland

Every year i shop from here during summer time. It is Close to town and well located. Family friendly. Staffs are very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly too. A bit expensive compared to other places. But the quality is not compromised. I got both of my apple trees from them. For all garden lovers. This place is amazing to shop.

The customer service is very poor over the phone. I never received the product I ordered and was billed for and when I called them they would just say I was next in their list. They treated me like I was inconveniencing them with my business. I ended up cancelling the order because of their poor customer service.EDIT: they claimed I ordered rock. I ordered soil.

Dropped off a Husqvarna trimmer to get working. Told me it would cost to much to fix. Stood around for 45min. For them to find the parts they took off of it. Took it home and cleaned the carb and installed the parts they removed. Fired right up.

Lots of wonderful items to choose from but try and get help/service from the parts department and your in for a treat!

Very slow service here my wife came in to get a part for her dad, the only place he gets this part. 3 ladies were in the back but couldn’t help her, they said wait for the only man they have working here and he’s outside doing yard work. She waited 25 minutes until she said something, the stopped visiting and 1 drove out to finally go get him. Maybe hire more men if you can’t do these things.

Really knowledgeable staff and friendly. They have gone over and above for me many times. I've had multiple machines(string trimmers, push mowers, zero turn mowers) serviced here and they always come back in terrific running condition. They've also helped me with commercial irrigation work and parts. The few occasions where they didn't have a part needed they ordered it in promptly for me. Fair prices on great quality screened earth as well as very high quality bark mulch. Besides all that they're very knowledgeable on all things garden and yard. Gave me helpful information on the best products for ant killer and gardening tips. No pressure to buy their product but were happy to pass on the knowledge. I've supported this business both personally, and through my work and will continue to do so as I believe they provide top notch service and products. A+++ all around

We bought 1 pallet of sod that was very low quality. There were holes and the pieces were not cut with straight edges. We were also short two pieces. When we went back to complain the manager asked if we would like to buy more and that no ones ever complained about it before. The lady behind us started arguing as well saying she had just complained last week of the low quality. Not only was their sod low quality they wouldn't own up to it or give us a solution to the issue.

Always have good product. Their service is not very good. Only one guy can help you with the power equipment, and he is they guy who does everything in that place. It's unfortunate that his staff require him for every decision. This is a great business, but their service isn't that great.
