Nina Sugaring

I strongly recommend Nina. I had the best experience at Nina’s for Brazilian wax . She not only knows how to do her job very well, but she also likes to create a bond with each client that she has. She's talented & experienced in the work she does and it shows in the end result. She did a great job and I'm so happy with the results!I will definitely come back!

Strongly recommend Nina for any waxing needs. She was meticulous, efficient, and very kind in walking me through the process and keeping me calm. It was the most pain free waxing experience I've ever had and will 100% be going back to Nina as a regular customer.

Updating my review - I always had a positive experience in the 1.5 years of being a customer but for my last appointment in 2020, I randomly got ghosted? I had received an appointment confirmation the day before via email but then on the way to my appointment I got a heads up from Google Maps saying the business appears to be closed at the moment. I figured that wasn't right since I didn't hear anything from Nina about that but I tried calling and texting to confirm that my appt was still on. I didn't get a reply so I just drove over and waited for like 30mins and my texts/calls were never answered and I literally just never heard back. Based on other reviews it seems it wasn't just me this happened to, which is unfortunate. I did not return after this

Horrible business. Got a confirmation email for my appointment. As required, I called once I got there. I tried calling 3 times within 10 min of my appointment. She never answered and impossible to leave a message as her voicemail is not set up. I also sent an email with no reply. Dont waste your time and go somewhere else.

Expect a last minute cancellation!!! I had originally booked some sugaring services through her website online, and I received an automated email confirmation. I then texted her to confirm if I could add a couple of services, since the website was very lagging, and you could only book one service. And then texted her multiple times a day and called every day for four days until leading up to my appointment that I never received any response.. finally the day of my appointment I received a cancellation text message and this was very inconvenient as I booked this right before a vacation! Horrible communication and I would much rather book with someone who knows how to respond to their clients and bookings.

She was so lovely and accommodating despite me getting confused about my appointment time and showing up 12 hours early!A pretty quick and low pain experience, will definitely be coming back in a few weeks for some upkeep. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been canvasing waxing salons in DT toronto for over a year now and I gave up, most places would rush the session and would not do a clean job. I found Nina’s sugaring in North York and it is by far the best service I have received since moving to Toronto. She is skilled, professional, and most importantly she’s a sweetheart. 11/10 recommend!

I've had my first sugaring with Nina last year and wanted to come back because she gave a fantastic experience so I've made another appointment with her a couple of days before, supposedly last Saturday but I didn't get any response from her as I wanted to customize the package the same as from last year.Although I only received a confirmation that my appointment will be Saturday, she didn't send me any texts or emails regarding the package and to at least reach out up until now. I wanted to be professional towards the situation and wanted to reach out to her as I really liked her service, but I guess I just got to go back to my previous sugaring spa that really cares for their clients.

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT go here. I was very disappointed as I had such a good experience the first few times with Nina sugaring but I just had an appointment booked with her for 8:30pm tonight..waited over 45 mins outside and no response. I called and knocked on the door and no reply. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I also had no confirmation regarding my appointment. She didn’t text me or call me to cancel either. Again do not go here!

I had to come on here and write my review. Nina did not ask me but I just needed to. What an amazing experience for my first time trying out sugar wax. I’m used to using regular wax and after the pandemic I just sort of l stopped going. I started looking into sugar waxing because a friend told me it was much better. Googled Nina and read the reviews. Glad I made the decision to go to her. Nina is professional, SUPER easy to talk to and her place is awesome and very clean. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you for making my experience a great one.
