I've been doing BJJ since June at this Gym. And this gym is definitely the reason why i fell so deeply inlove with the sport. The ambience is great and teaching is on point. Different approaches and a philosophy of sharing and progression. Oss!

Super endroit: bien situé, propre. Cours et ambiance permettant de progresser sans se blesser et dans le plaisir.Le seul endroit à Montréal où vous pouvez pratiquer la capoeira et Jiujjtsu en même temps.

My daughter has been doing Jiu-Jitsu over a year here and absolutely loves it. It's hard work, but has been a wonderful addition to her life. Peninha and Guillaume are great instructors. If you are considering trying, they have a free first class.
