What do you need to know about an auto-repair shop before you trust them with your car? Probably a lot of things. At the top of my list: 1) Are they honest? 2) Are they good at what they do? 3) Will they treat you fairly? I took my older Mitsubishi SUV to Fixed Right three times for three different issues and each time I felt they knew what they were doing and that they were dealing with me both honestly and fairly. Beyond those top-priorities, they were also professional, fast, courteous and welcoming.

Warren and the Fixed Right team are exceptional auto mechanics, with exceptional customer service. They are honest, thorough, quick, and reasonably priced - always. I trust them whole heartedly and wouldn't go anywhere else! A place with customer service of this standard is hard to find!

This garage is always done great work and are honest hard working people. I would recommend this garage to anyone. We take all our vehicles there and the work is always done right away! We always get a phone call for any work required which is appreciated. They have never assumed that we will fix the problem.

Warren and Company really treated me well with the 3.73 regear of my 1989 Jeep (Dana 30 Front & Dana 35 Rear). Nobody in my area would take on this job – to some extent because of an overload of work due to the pandemic - so I was pleasantly surprised when Warren gladly accepted the project. The personal touch of this shop really makes me wish that I knew of a garage in my area that treats people the same way. I’ve included a photo of Technician Gord’s expert job.

We’ve been going to Fixed Right for almost 30 years. They have always been upfront and honest with us and never took advantage of us. Recently I had my breaks done and a few weeks later a nut came out and I was stranded in London. I had it towed to them and the fixed it immediately at no cost to me , even though it wasn’t completely their fault but a manufactured issue, they even paid my towing. Great place and great people I have always recommended them to anyone needing service. Thanks for everything Fixed Right.
