When I was shopping around in last winter, I found the company provide me with the best deal for an air-conditioner. They came to install it before the hot weather came. They provided Lennox air conditioner which I believe it is the best one. It is quiet and very efficient. The technicians are very professional. The boss came after installation. She help me resolve issues without charge on the other equipment which is not provided by her company. Overall, I am very satisfied the service they have given.

We are a returened customer a few times with Best Energy from AC, house insulation to furnace replacement. We have been so satisfied with the high quality service and products they provided. The techinicians they sent out are so professional, efficient and came in a timely manner. Several days ago, my furnace went down, they sent out professionals very efficiently and got it replaced in 3 hours with a furnace in a very sound price. We thank their excellent services very much!

I've used this company twice for two different properties as a property manager. Yes I said twice it means I'm a recurring comtomer. It means I'm totally satisfied with their service. Who doesn't want none functioning AC to be fixed during 30+C degrees hot summer day. Their dispatching speed is super fast. They always send crew to my site on the same day when I requested. They are hard working people who works none stopping paces. I will definitely reccomand them to all individuals, organizations, property managers.

We reported to this company that the AC they installed was not working. We have reached out over 15 times, they came by only 3 times. Two times they looked at it and just left without giving us any updates. The third time they did something but we called them back to report it still is not working about two days ago and still have no response. This has been ongoing for three weeks with our house above 30 degrees. This company is very hard to reach and even harder to get them to come fix the issue.

Great service! we found them by chance to replace a broken water tank about 5 years ago along with fixing some other issues. They did a great job. Recently our furnace had problems. We contacted them and had our furnace replaced and they also improved the house insulation. All jobs done professionally and promptly in the Covid period. We are very happy about their work. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

I was referred to Anna when my furnace recently broke down. She sent Nick right away to assist and assess the source of the problem and even sent some portable heaters that night since the furnace had to be turned off. Adam, the supervisor, also came to check the furnace right after installation to ensure it was working properly. Best Energy offers exceptional customer service, reasonable prices, and makes the furnace installation process smooth. I highly recommend them!

Would have given 0 stars if i can, was told will arrive between 3-5 on friday at 6:30 i gave up and went to get dinner just as i stepped out of the house got a call saying we are on the way, so i turned around. at 8 oclock they called said we went to have dinner sorry 30 mins away, at 9 she called and said i ran out of freon will come tomorrow at 10, at 11 oclock next day she said between 12-1 at 1:30 oclock i called and said dont come to my house. Literally 0 respect for anyone. Have power turned off in my house because of an hvac issue. Should have saved my time and went with another professional company
