McColman & Sons Demolition Ltd.

I was involved with the general contractor in charge of abatement and demolition of a local school in my area. After 25 years in the GC business I recognize proficient trades vs the cowboys. McColeman had the proper machines on site, a dedication to safety, removed debris as the demo progressed, and left the whole site cleaned and ready to plant. I got to interact with the site crew and was impressed with the integrity and longevity of the employees. They even still like the management which is a great sign of how they are treated day to day. These guys know the business of demolition . Long history of Family operations - so support local. I note someone below thought Shirley was of slightly unsavory character...I found her to be highly shy, demure and of a feminine nature that made it difficult to hold a conversation without worrying about hurting her feelings. Perhaps she would benefit from a Andrew Carnegie course, ;) but she seems to know her stuff.

Someone working front office named Shirley (I believe) really needs to work hard on her customer service. Never going there again.

The heavy duty mechanic Tyler... he's pretty good. I'd recommend giving him a raise.
