A salon with great atmosphere and fantastic staff!!! Everyone you encounter is very welcoming and ensures that each client has everything they need. My hairstylist is Diana and she is incredible. Full satisfaction with every visit. Her dedication and care for each of her clients goes way beyond.

I had my first Flavio experience last week, early September 2020 and was extremely happy with the service and quality of my hair cut. That is the only place I will be going from now on.The gentleman that cut my hair, Pat, did an incredible job cutting and styling my hair, as well as making me feel very comfortable for my first haircut/outing this year (my hair was out of control). The place was spotless, great value, highly recommend.

This is on behalf of my mother, Pauline Campbell. Mom is 87 and drove herself to Flavio's on Friday during the snowstorm. She just couldn't stop raving about Adriana and the customer service. They even pulled her car forward to the door when Mom was leaving. Thank you, Maria. Wonderful!!!

I went here for years when I lived in Mississauga. It’s definitely a hidden gem in Sherwood Village. Always a friendly and warm welcome upon entering the front doors. If you decide to give Flavio’s a try, I would highly recommend Adriana. She is an extremely hairdresser and an even nicer person. There is a reason that Flavio’s has won the People’s Choice Awards so many times!

Read all the wonderful reviews and decided to try it out. I’m glad I did. Friendly faces, offer you drinks, joke with you. A human service. You felt like you were taking care of. It was a very pleasant experience.Ric did a fantastic job with hair. And he cared about the job.Slightly expensive, but worth it if cutting your hair is a big deal.

Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly they go above and beyond to ensure all clients are well taken care of! Diana did my hair she has amazing talented hands!!! I would absolutely recommend this hair salon to anyone!!!!

Warmest most friendly atmosphere here! Loved this place! Michael cut my sons hair he did a good job, fading it and trimming his curly top. They’re also very affordable. I’ll definitely be going back!

My experiences were awful! They have no wheelchair access and I found while they washed my hair they would talk over my face to other employees. They certainly have their favourites!The boss refused to talk to me unless I gave the person who answers the phone the details. She usually just yells to ask stylists if they have any appointments for so and so. I prefer not to have my business yelled across the salon. Still the boss refused my call. They are the worst place not the best! They must have no disabled customers!!!! Wish I could give them a zero

I LOVE the staff at Flavio's. I have been going for over a year now and every time I come in, I feel so welcome and well taken care of. You are treated like you are part of the family!My hair stylist, Diana (Dee) has outdone herself every time - she gives me the blonde balayage of my dreams. I have never been so consistently impressed with my hair and my hair has never looked or felt better in my life! She takes what I am looking for and makes suggestions and we work together to come up with something I will love and build a schedule for coming back for low maintenance but great results.Thanks Dee and Frank and everyone at Flavio's for the great service!

What a hidden jewel this establishment is! Everything is so ABOVE PAR here! I don't write reviews that often, but Flavio's House of Hair Design is well deserving of it. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel like a FAMILY member!Friendliness, courtesy, and amazing customer service from all the staff.I haven't had my hair done here - check other reviews and their instagram page for their wonderful portfolio, you will find TOP NOTCH professionalism...they are true masters of their craft.I left with a smile on my face, a good feeling all over, and a delicious cappuccino :)
