Jackie is absolutely amazing to work with and her photography is stunning!

Jackie photographed my Vermont wedding in 2018 (yes, I am wayyyy behind in writing this review!). It is hard to find the words to describe how incredible Jackie is, but I will do my best! She came highly recommended from our planner and after just our first few email exchanges, I felt like I had known her forever. She is very organized, transparent, forthright and gives you so much information in the introductory conversations. She quickly quelled the fear of hidden fees or added costs and I felt so much relief when I booked her because I knew I was in good hands. Having trust in your vendors is so important in the wedding planning process and I trusted Jackie completely. We were fortunate enough to meet her in person for a mini shoot to get comfortable and get to know each other a a few months before our wedding. We had a blast spending time with her and she made us feel comfortable in front of a camera- which can definitely be a bit awkward. She's a pro at getting couples to act natural. Real laughs and moments come through in her pics because they are just that - real.We had a very large wedding with around 300 guests and a huge wedding party of 20 people. On top of that, we had to organize family pictures with grandparents and extended family. All before the ceremony. The window was tight and it was a tall task but Jackie and her team (shoutout to Josh!!!) CRUSHED it. She was able to be incredibly patient while also assertive (we're a loud crowd). She had everything handled and organized. I didn't have to worry about a thing. This was true for the rest of the day.Jackie and her team were like magicians. They would somehow be 12 places at once taking pictures of every detail and every moment.Now, last but not least, the pictures. I will never be able to thank Jackie enough for the amazing pictures she captured at our wedding. She and her team are extraordinarily talents. Every picture brought the day back to life and 2 years later, we still marvel at the album like it was yesterday.I am forever indebted to Jackie for capturing our day so perfectly. She is the best and I am also so thankful to call her a friend!RUN, don't walk to book Jackie and her team. Best decision I made in all of my wedding planning.

We LOVE working with J. Harper Photography. We visited Vermont and knew we wanted to have our family portraits taken in our favorite vacation spot. After a fair amount of research, we discovered Jackie. She is fun, easy going and incredibly talented. We were overjoyed with how great she made us look!!

Jackie photographed our wedding, and before and after the birth of each of our three children. She also did my sister's wedding. We are a family surrounded by her images, literally. We love her, her warmth and enthusiasm, and her patience. She is well worth the investment. She will forever be our family's photographer.

Jackie is the best of the best! We booked Jackie for a family portrait session while we were visiting Vermont. We feel so lucky she was available and so honored to be photographed by her! She is so friendly and made the whole experience seamless and comfortable, and it felt like we'd known her forever. She's a master at her craft - so thoughtful, creative, and fun, and also wonderful with our toddler! Thank you, Jackie!! We are very grateful for the memories we made with you.

Jackie was the photographer at my daughter's wedding 5 years ago. She felt like a member of the family--she was so loving and engaged in the event and her photos are breathtaking--award winning--magazine worth! She worked with the bride and groom and we were all thrilled with her photos and her energy and her presence. As she had tears in her eyes during the ceremony, I am not sure how she was able to take such stunning photos. As a result, her photos truly show the love, the elegance and the spirit of the day. She did not miss a single detail.
