Gap

I have to comment on my experience! I ordered a pair of pants online , had to return in store .I have a little babes at home and don't get much time out alone and came into the store 30 mins before closing . I did not feel rushed even in the slightest ! John helped me and went above and beyond. Helped me find a fitting room, pants I was looking for and all with a smile! He continued to ask if I needed sizes and find me whatever I need . I was feeling slightly stressed because I knew the store was closing so proceeded to the checkout where I said I found a sweater I loved but not in my size, he then offered to call stores , order it to my house and completely took care of it . I was in the store 20 mins after closing to complete this and he was apoligizing for the wait ! Not at all seeming bothered that he was there late. He went above and beyond any customer service experience i have had in a long time and truly you just don't find that these days anymore ! Thanks John!

Worst costumer service ever, and I’ve never even stepped foot in the store I called in to order a dress to buy and ship to home (Edmonton) anyways this guy name Saad, wow does he ever need an attitude check. He was very dismissive and rude over the phone, i feel bad for anybody who has to ever deal with this guy. I still didn’t receive my dress because he got the address wrong. & to think this guy is an assistant manager! Wow

Friendly staff. Tidy store. Lots of product but nothing that couldn't be found in many other stores...nothing here that makes the brand stand out and tempt me to spend money here instead of anywhere else.

Was in today as the posted sign said 50% off including markdowns.There were lots of deals and really awesome designs. I secretly wished they made the Star Wars The Mandalorian Grogu slippers for adults.We found some cute teddy bear slippers. There was a size for my oldest but not my youngest. The employee helping us was so nice. She happily checked their store inventory and proceeded to check online and other stores. I wished we got her name. All I can describe her as is a Blonde with a blue shirt. If you read this, I hope GAP knows that you're a great employee.

Good deals are to be had but service was not there. It seemed they where understaffed.

Lots of in-store clothes for women and men. Things always go on sale 40 or 50% off so don't pay full price. Their return policy is fantastic - no hassles and you can return your on-line purchases in store as well. I wish they would bring back more of the low rise jeans for women and bring back 100% cotton denim. I hate the stretchy jeans.

Selection has decreased, prices have increased! Gave it a 3, only because quality of clothes are good, and if an item was on sale I would buy it. Not my to-go store any longer.

The gap has started to lower their prices, although still more expensive then old navy (same parent company) the gap has great and fun products for toddlers through to adults. I still always checkin and find some great design here. Staff are always helpful!

Its ok. Its a secure site. Not keen when they mix carter and gap items as i prefer the quality of gap. Sales are good. Can return on line items to store with no issue.

Staff are friendly. The clothing selection for kids is good. They fit my skinny-waisted boys really well.
