First order through them, ordered two poutine and one was missing. We were told to call McDonalds instead of actually addressing the issue.

The person does what he or she or they can. Not the greatest though, not actual full on delivery and has days when are so busy it takes forever, I lived down the road and so I know, and used their services before, which maybe it was the employee, but I didn't get nothing but bad vibes sometimes. Odd for delivery is all. ..then again, it's a small town.

I waited 3 hours for two hamburgers, and half of my order didn't come. I called up to let them know, I was asked about the receipt 3 times before I lost my cool. Then I had to call from another phone, because they wouldn't pick up. Imagine.... 46 dollars for two hamburgers... Bad business

Worst experience in my life, an hour and 32 minutes and still waiting. Called back 3 times and was told it would be there in a few minutes and had to reconfirm the address.... Now they stopped answering the phone. Bad customer service, they used to be really good but I had long wait times for my last 3 deliveries. Going to try calling again from a different number.
