As a massage therapist, Catherine has helped me understand my injuries, how to address problem areas in the body, and correct bad habits to alleviate pain and minimize recurrences. She has taken time to investigate the problem in her clinic during treatment and always sends me home with written instructions to help the healing continue. With her expertise she has helped me get relief from the pain of sciatica, plantar fasciitis, whiplash and a partially frozen shoulder. My husband has also seen Catherine. She was able to relieve his IT band pain and treat other problem areas he developed from mountain biking.
