These guys were immediately responsive on a stressful water damage issue.Follow-up: Phase 2 repairs were done with great care to detail. Our PM Kyle was very helpful with negotiating the various services and upgrades. The sub contractor that did the repairs was top notch, the work was completed faster than expected and the quality was great. I would highly recommend Paul Davis restoration.

It has been over a year since my husband and I woke to our neighbor's early AM pounding on our door and the urgent alert that our home was on fire. Since that time we have received a ton of support and professional assistance from Paul Davis Restoration in helping us to document this impact, recover our belongings, as well as to help rebuild our home. We would highly recommend working with Paul Davis and greatly appreciate all that they have done to help us through this difficult time.

Horrible company for water damage. They over mitigate destroying things to charge back more during restoration. my drywall is warped so vanity doesn't fit straight anymore.

Paul Davis walked us through every step and worked with everyone else for us from the insurance company to each of the different service folks that needed to come through the home to get everything remedied and restored. We had a great experience with Paul Davis. They responded to all of our concerns promptly and the work was done very quickly. Even though our repair wasn't a huge project, the Project Manager checked in throughout the process and made sure everything was being done correctly. They definitely took their time and made us feel like they truly cared about our home and our repair. They did an awesome job. I was truly impressed with their work and customer service. I would highly recommend Paul Davis!

Everyone is very professional, understanding, patient and willing to help. The Paul Davis team is great.I mainly work with the customer care coordinator, Dominic Orme. He recently was promoted to this position and has done a fantastic job of keeping up with communication and coordinating jobs let and right. He is very knowledgeable and is not afraid to ask questions or dig into an issue. He is wonderful to work with!
