I paid $400 for my ADHD assessment and I had a wonderful experience with the clinic and the doctor. Even after I was discharged, I asked for help with some disability forms and for a fee that was definitely worth it Dr. Rodriguez filled them out with a LOT of care and effort. When someone I know suspects they have ADHD, I always recommend they ask their doctor to refer them here.

DO NOT GO HERE. There were reviews from Google and Yelp that disappeared that had many complaints about Avicenna. I also went in the summer of 2021 and paid $1450 for testing. I had a horrific experience there and I told Avicenna in detail about my experience. The only thing they did was revise my ADHD documentation for my doctor (after 3 times!) because it was so carelessly written and full of errors.Do not give them personal information without fully understanding what it is they are providing to you and who’s collecting it and how it will be used (if you are desperate enough to go here). Be careful. They assigned me with conditions (oppositional defiance disorder for asking why I was being asked the same questions in my second appt) and blamed me for my traumatic experiences in life.Avicenna, there were many negative reviews online last summer. To say you don't have testing that costs $1400 is misleading. Be transparent about your practices so that people seeking mental health care are treated appropriately.

Just recieved a call for an appointment from a dr referral. The receptionist offered me one do, tomorrow afternoon and when I said I would be unable to commit to that she pretty much tried to end the phone call without offering any other dates until I asked.... This is how you manage making appointments for people who are struggling with mental illness? Not a great first impression..

Staff is diligent at setting up and reminding you of appointments. My psychiatrist has honestly been one of my best advocates for treatment and followup. Don't know where I'd be without Avicenna. Highly recommend.

Denies support to autistic people needing “high levels of care”.They didn’t contact me to notify why I was denied and I had discovered their results through my Nurse.

I have worked with Avicenna clinic for the past year, and received great service, advice and help during a tough time in my life.

I was referred to this clinic to see a psychiatrist and had a great experience. The office contacted me a week after my referral was sent, and I had a video appointment with Dr. Khan the SAME day. I was originally told by my referring doctor it would be a 2-4 month wait for an appointment. The staff I talked to over the phone were very polite and helpful. I have had bad experiences talking about my mental health with doctors in the past, but this was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Khan was very nice and caring. Thank you to your staff.

I have had such a great experience working with Avicenna.This clinic has built a wonderful reputation for taking proper care of their clients.From the initial referral, to my ongoing treatment, this clinic has been very organized, supportive, and quick to initiate services and treatment.All interactions that I have had with the staff have been positive.The clinic staff are kind, professional, punctual, and respectful. The staff take pride in offering the best practice standards and supports, and they call in advance to remind their clients of upcoming appointments, which is very helpful for the ADHD clients!The clinic offers in person, video, and phone appointments to support each individual in a way that works best for them.Since my first appointment I have felt comfortable working with the physician to trial therapies, and work towards finding the one that works best for me.I can strongly say that this clinic is a no judgement zone, where a client can enter the appointment room with their physician, speak openly and honestly, and gain the supports needed to improve their health.My experiences with this clinic has helped me to overcome so many challenges, and to continue to have positive self growth.All the clinic staff have been amazing!
