We were looking for a spot to eat after returning from St. Pierre Miquelon and stopped here by chance. The food was worth the wait and was so good and the portions were very generous. The owner/cook George and the waitress made our time there very enjoyable.

We'll be going back when we return to Grand Banks in a couple days! George, we'll be having another flakie... for sure!Everything here is homemade, fresh & delicious.We got the fish & chips. His batter is so light & tasty. He doesn't oversalt his food. It's just right. The portions are very generous. Then we got a banana split flakie. Fresh flaked pastry, fresh whipped cream. Fresh banana & strawberries. I'll be dreaming about this til we can return in a few days.George is very friendly, came over to say hello, asked if we enjoyed the meal. Gave us a recommendation for dessert. It's clear he loves what he does & he loves people. Best kind of restaurateurs! If you like fresh, homemade, delicious food... this place is for you!

When you find yourself in Grand Bank area and wanting something to eat then you should check out this place. From pizza (try with their white sauce), fish & chips, sandwiches to hamburgers, we're sure you'll not be disappointed. Lots more selections we've tried and liked combined with friendly service makes for a great dining experience.

Highly recommend! We had the thin crust with traditional toppings (and a few banana peppers of course). The sauce is homemade and is delicious!!!

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Staff was great and food was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend and return to on my next trip down the burin peninsula.
