I ordered the postpartum meal from them and the food was fantastic (fresh, nutritious and uses very fresh and healthy ingredients)! I feel my body has recovered very well and I am producing a lot of milk as a result of the food. Their customer service is also amazing - they are very responsive to my many requests and very accommodating to my individual needs. Definitely recommend this place to other moms!!

From the first day of check-in, I had a very good feeling. Although it was raining heavily, the staff who greeted me were very good. The room environment is very clean and tidy, all needed items are provided, and the privacy is also very good. For new mothers, the food is good, varied and nutritious. The time of staying, it is very professional in baby care and overall excellent services！

Super unprofessional company. Booked an appointment a week ago, and received the confirmation message. When we arrived their office nobody showed up and the door was locked. Called and told me they were in training that we need to wait for AN HOUR!!!!! My husband and I have taken half a day off for the appointment. How unprofessional this is!

We ordered postpartum meals from this place. They were able to offer a variety of dishes and the food tasted delicious. I like the soup a lot as it helped keeping mom hydrated. The service was great as well. They responded to our concerns and requests promptly. The meal plan was definitely a lifesaver for us and we extended the service for one more month! We would definitely recommend this place to all the new moms!

We participated the taste event hosted in June and decided to order the postpartum meals here. The dishes that 英皇 prepared taste better than I thought for traditional postpartum meals. They designed each meal with full- balanced nutrition including carbs, veggies, protein and soup (which really good for recovery after delivery!) Their team is also very professional with great servicing attitude - that made me felt the real care and trust. I’m looking forward for my meals - again, really love the soup!

The entire team represents among the highest levels of service I have experienced.Staff members are professional in talking care of the baby, thus I can have a good rest. Moreover, they provide professional medical service to take care of postpartum places , so my body is well recovered within 2 weeks.The food are prepared and served based on every single person’s condition. The nutritionist will recommend food recipe in help with the body recover.There is no need to worry about anything ! The overall service is in higher standards!

We went here for the confinement meal tasting and was treated professionally by the staff there. She explained how the monthly plan works, and we tried the meals — the restaurant was clean, neat, and food tasted great. Amount was good as well for both lunch, dinner, and dessert. I booked postpartum meals (lunch and dinner) for two months. The ingredients were fresh. The meals were tasty, and not salty at all. The portion was generous. They made sure that I had variety of dishes every day. The delivery person made sure that my food was delivered on time between 11:30 and 12:30 mostly. He also texted me every time when he delivered so I knew the food was here. You also get herbal tea for postpartum every day based on your consultation with a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. I didn't like some of the dishes, so they made sure that they changed to something else. The service team is great. I didn't need to worry about food with a newborn. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and meals.
