Had Jerome in to fix our 9 year old Fujitsu mini split. Was in to diagnose the problem, ordered the part and had it blowing hot and cold within a week and a half. Jerome for the win....

One of the easiest reviews to give yet. I reached out on Facebook, needed a Fujitsu certified tech to look at our A/C, and someone tagged him. I didn't have time to reach out to me, he was already in my DM's.No cold air anymore. He was out within a few days, knew exactly what part to order. Part was in within a week, and he took care of it. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.He will be doing the maintenance and cleaning them every 2 yrs from here on out.

Jérôme est venu deux fois et nous avons bien apprécié ses services! Il est professionnel et connaissant. Il a répondu à toutes mes questions et m’a même fournis un estimée en peu de temps; mais j’ai choisi de faire réparer ma Daikin plus vieux model. Il est revenu la fois d’après en un temps vraiment raisonnable et a tout replacé au mur!On fera affaire avec lui encore dans le futur!

We've used Jerome a couple of times and have been very satisfied with his communication, and technical skills. He just replaced my old system with a new one, inside and out, and was very conscientious about doing the install the right way with no shortcuts. From choosing, to ordering the most suitable Fujitsu unit, he kept us informed every step of the way via email or texts. We will certainly be using him again. Glen and Martine.
