Came for a replacement muffler hanger. They had the right product in stock and found it for me quickly considering I wasn't in the least bit sure what I was doing or looking for. Prices was fair and the staff member was friendly. Highly recommended.

Terrible service here , staffs are extremely rude , one said they could do it and other said they can’t and another one blamed it on a trainee staff who was actually doing a great job. This place is utter garbage without even doing any business stay away and go somewhere else. False advertising.

Went to Carquest expecting the touch up spray paint to repair car door was not going to match. in the past i have used an on line Quebec firm and a local Honda Dealer to obtain need paint. Both can spray and the paint pen were not even close to matching the existing colour of the door. Was i very pleased that Carquest provided paint that matched the existing paint.Thank you Carquest as i was just about ready to send the car into body shop to pay over $1000... and now not needed. Garbage paint . Supposed to be solvent . They sent over water based paint. They do not know what there doing. Extremely rude staff.

This was the only place in Whitby and Oshawa they could help me when I needed a Chevrolet tail light. Everybody else had 1 million excuses why they couldn’t do anything because of Covid. The guys in here are very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Went to pickup a wheel bearing. I asked a questions about pricing, The counter man believed I was complaining? Angry he got, I told him I was only curious as to the discounts he gives. Im too busy for this" as he turns his head to help another customer. He then ask's if I still wanted the part. Instead of getting down to his childish level
