Absolutely thrilled with Byron's creation and installation of a gorgeous wood mantle for my fireplace, installed on top of an ugly cement slab that provoked me for years. Makes such a difference and dresses up the whole room! Also a pleasure dealing with him - appreciated his attention to detail and great work ethic, and his passion in working with wood truly shines through in the finished product. Amazing Job by Byron, definitely Reclaimed my entrance and sitting room with two wonderful custom designs, and put in the extra effort to hookup my TV as well. Working with him was great, he even provided designs based on what I was thinking and that is what we went with. Thanks for bringing a much needed touch to my new house!! Will definitely use him again for future projects.

Unfortunately, I found the outcome of Byron's work poor quality, and when I addressed it, his response was unprofessional! This work was for my kitchen, and the quality of the final work fitted a garage or basement, not a high quality kitchen. I guess you get what you pay for!

Byron was very communicative through the whole process. The table design was exactly what I wanted and was made from a picture of a design I had sent. I was given time lines, dimensions, types of materials (with pictures), delivery options, stain choices (with recommendations), sample of stain and updates. I received a beautiful stained pine console table for my front entrance. Byron is a very professional and reasonably priced custom furniture maker. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from Reclaimed Tree Wood Design again!
