Jeff and Graig in service! Absolute joke! Been dealing with this dealership for 20 years never a problem till now. These two offer no solutions to s problem. Just figure you should leave your truck for days on end. Had to talk to Derek the manager and he made arrangements to get my truck fixed at the competition! Not impressed. Consider closing my account after the treatment from these two. Terrible how two guys can ruin the reputation of a once great shop

I have been to most peterbuilt dealerships across Canada in a span of 32 years trucking had to deal with this peterbuilt 3 times and every time it’s a nightmare trying to get updates pulling teeth with tweezers this time after sitting in a hotel for 7 days trucks done I see they didn’t put my fairing on right quick easy fix but there is nothing quick or easy with these guys now I’m burning my rest time because I need all the drive time I can get the treatment here has always be horrible here if you have any options other then Kamloops peterbuilt I’d highly recommend you to do so

Awesome guys to deal with (evening shift). I stopped in to get a new exhaust clamp and asked if they could quickly throw it on as my tools aren’t in my truck. They offered everything I needed to do it, at no charge and were prompt at making sure every question was answered. 5 star service boys
