After almost 8 years my tenancy with Boncore Management ended with me having to take them to the LTB over a problem tenant and repairs they refused to acknowledge, let alone try and fix. I've documented the whole process from informing them about the issues, to their responses and claims. The problem escalated to the point where the police got involved, I've documented that interaction as well. My former neighbor, who stayed up all making a cacophony of noise sounding like they're manufacturing something"

I have lived in Chippawa for about 7 years with Ross and Gina as my landlords. They are very attentive, respond quickly to my concerns and they are always very nice to deal with if I have any problems ! They also do a very good check of all the people who apply to live in my building so I have never had a problem with any of my neighbors! They are also very up to date with covid cleaning of the building and do a good job making sure everyone is safe.

Boncore ensured that the right tenant was secured for my property. Didn’t end up renting with boncore mgmt but Stefan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the properties were clean with garbages emptied. Would highly recommend!
