Fortunate enough to have good health benefits that have allowed us to visit Janice at Natural Balance for the past few years. Massages are consistently therapeutic and relaxing. Location is convenient and quiet in a very nice downtown building. We look forward to every chance we get to have a massage. Highly recommended

Janice is incredible. She is so kind, so personable and gives the best treatment. Ive been seeing her for over 5 years and I don’t even bother wasting my time on anyone else. She takes so much care to what’s going on it my body and is able to give me advice and stretches to work on at home for maintenance between treatments. If you’re looking for a talented and experience massage therapist, you really won’t regret going to Janice!

I have been going to Natural Balance for over a year now and have had a very positive experience. My RMT, Danielle D, is amazing. She helped me recover through shoulder tendonitis rehab and is truly gifted with her hands. I've seen a lot of massage therapists over the years, and she's the best I've met so far. I definitely recommend Natural Balance.

I don't ever write reviews but, I had a great experience with Natural Balance. My RMT is Sarah and she was friendly, understanding and very helpful/knowledgeable of my situation. The office is clean, the rooms are quiet, serene and very relaxing.

I've been here 3 times now over the past year (twice in the past 2 months). Natasha C. has done my last two massages and I always leave relaxed and feeling as though it was a productive session. The office is quiet, clean and in a great location. I plan to continue returning.

Great service! I've gotten 3 massages done here so far (once with Danielle and twice with Natasha) and I leave very happy and relaxed every time. Though it is a small place and was a bit tricky to find the first time, I have nothing but good things to say - professional, clean, warm and welcoming. The online booking feature also makes it very convenient. It's definitely become my go-to spot!
