Tootsies Shoe Market offers a diverse selection of options from several shoe brands for men and women. Each brand's offerings are not very extensive as the store is not that big in size. I shopped here several times and was generally satisfied with purchases (dress shoes, walking shoes, winter boots, sneakers). The last time, I ended up buying at a different store right across the parking lot. In general, I would recommend Tootsies as your shoe shopping options. In any case, it is convenient to check out as a part of your visit to a Fashion Outlet Mall in Kingston (exit 617 off 401).

I love sharing positive reviews, but this was just a downer.The store is packed solid with boxes and the aisles" fit one human body. Trying to gently and carefully pull one box turned into an shoe avalanche (which I cleaned up and replaced everything properly).No room to move and boxes stacked from floor to 5.5 feet high - what about that screams "safe" or "friendly"?No staff member engaged me while I was looking around

Great selection, great service and easy access from Hwy 401.Many staff offering help to find sizes and answer questions.Amazing find of these sandals from Reef--never heard of this brand. The staff were new and friendly but very unaware of what they have in store.I went in with my mother who was looking for a particular type shoe that was advertised.With a look around we were unable to find them so asked for help in locating these shoes. The new staff was unsure so asked the manager on duty who said they didn't have them and to Google where might have them in town.Not overly helpful.As we were walking out there was a small display of said shoes.The manager seemed irritated that she needed to climb behind to try and look for sizes.Luckily my mother found size that works.For dropping over $200 on a pair , I can say I would be going else where first with more customer appreciation for shopping in store.

The staff were extremely over bearing with following every foot step made they asked 4 times in a 2 min span of being in there if I needed help even after responding I was just looking .. they treated me and my father as if we had no business being in that store almost like we had stolen or something my guess based on our appearance .. so we left the store without barely looking du to the over whelming stares and lack of ability to be able to look otherwise the store is great!

This week I treated myself to Pearl Blundstones but had trouble getting them off and in due to a back issue. Today I went back to see if I could exchange into unisex ones as I know they work for me. The two ladies working today had a better solution….I walked out with 1/2 size bigger and a boot remover! Excellent!!

I was shipped the wrong size of shoe. I tried dealing with online support and was left with open ended questions and neglect to follow up. Upon calling the Kingston store, my issue was dealt with promptly(my replacement was sent out same day) and with great care from multiple staff members. They turned a very frustrating experience into a very reassuring one. Huge thanks to the team there.

My daughter and I were in to buy her a pair of boots. She has a very wide foot, and usually finds it difficult to find anything comfortable. The lady that helped her was very friendly, good sense of humour too! I wished I had asked her name,so I could mention it in this review! I looked down at my daughter's runners, and asked if she whated shoes too. So, she ended up getting shoes as well. The sales where great! Good quality stuff for just over a $130 ! That was less than the original price of the boots alone!!! I have bought some cute sandals in the past from here, at least 3 pairs, and always get compliments on how nice they are! ...... Lois

The store is great. The employees aren't overly friendly! Two different employees were almost snarky with me, even after one of them made a mistake while checking out my purchases. Oh well, guess everyone is allowed a bad day, and the mood must have been contagious.

Tootsies Shoe Market
There's a lot of selection at this store, prices seemed to range around $60 - $200+ so it's not exactly inexpensive but there are lower range options. I did find a pair of boots that weren't exactly what I was looking for but good enough. The sales person was not overly friendly and actually somewhat insulting insinuating a pair of shoes would be too narrow for me. The cashier was even less friendly - I'm not sure she even said a word to me, despite me saying hello and thank you before I left. I'll probably choose to go elsewhere in town because I prefer to support businesses with friendly staff.
