Despite our best-laid plans, we unexpectedly found ourselves quickly needing someone who was responsible, dependable and trustworthy to step into our pup’s world to help manage some of his day to day needs. Through word of mouth, we found Mike, an absolute godsend. Nine months, a home stay and many walks later, Mike has remained an important part of our family. We think he is wonderful and our Brodie absolutely adores him. The regular reports and photos of their expeditions warms our hearts and reassures us Brodie is always in the best of hands. The love and care Mike brings to his work is evident. You only need to see Brodie greeting Mike at the door to know the kind of relationship he has with his customers. Mike has been an incredible and reliable dog walker and dog sitter for our very energetic dog, Lila. We would be lost without him. Lila comes back happy and tired after every walk. In 2019, we were new owners of a rescue dog, named Solo. We had many concerns and much to learn. Mike has been there for us since day one. Solo loves his mid-day walks with Mike. And as much as Solo loves his walks, Mike provides so much more - He gives us daily reports after each walk, often including photos. He has given us consistent feedback to assist us with training. Mike has even provided last-minute daycare when personal emergencies have comes up. Through all of this, Mike has always been friendly, reliable and accommodating.

Mike takes great care of our dog and treats her with love and attention as if she were his own. Even though we work from home during COVID, we still have Mike walk our dog multiple times a week - as she would be heartbroken if she didn't get her regular walks with the gang. Mike has been nothing but amazing with my golden doodle, Charlie. Last year I connected with Mike and ever since then Charlie sits at the window waiting for Mike, and the tribe, for his walk...even on non-walk days. It’s comforting to know that Charlie is in good hands. My walks with Charlie have improved and they have become more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Mike for any Dog walking and care needs. We use Snouts Out pet services on an occasional basis, as we work odd and sometimes long hours in catering. Mike is always prompt to respond, highly organized and detailed in his notes. We love the app that he uses. He's patient with our rescue puppy and we trust him for walks and boarding. Highly recommend.

Mike has an amazing understanding of dogs. He takes great care to ensure that his “pack” is well taken of as well as given great walks through lovely, dog friendly trails. Dealing with Mike is always pleasant. Hazel always comes back from his walks tired and happy. I’d highly recommend using his dog walking service.

Mike is taking our 2 years old beagle Abbie since we moved in the neighbourhood and if we could give more than 5 stars, we would ! We are very happy with the walking service and so does Abbie. What can I say... I think my dog loves Mike more than my husband!Maple is so happy every time Mike comes to get her. Getting pictures while she's staying with him overnight is an added bonus. He treats her as part of his family. Mike is passionate about what he does. He consistently goes above and beyond our expectations, may it be suggesting possible foods and even offering to take her to the vet when we had trouble contacting our vet. He loves Maple as if she was his! We absolutely trust him and highly recommend him without reservation.
