Worst hours of service ever.

This company was unbelievable!! Got back to me within a day or two to tell me the parts i ordered were incompatible. Made sure i got what i was looking for. Even reminded me to pay my bill so they can ship it, THAT DAY! Got my goods two days latter. 5 stars isnt enough. Outstanding service!

I've order some Front Runner wolf pack cases from this company a couple of times a few months apart. On both occasions the items were dispatched right away and arrived to me in Calgary the next day. Prices and stock seem good and in my experience the service has been excellent. I highly recommend.

Fast service! One item was back ordered and when they eventually had stock, they sent it with an upgrade!!

I drove from Calgary to pick up my breezeway 62. When I arrived I was told that my tent was an opened box model and had a couple dings to it.The salesman I dealt with said I was supposed to be contacted about the situation, which I was not.I opened the tent to find many dings in the base along with some scrapes.  Not the biggest deal so I decided to take the tent as an opened box model as I had just drove 3 hours.The salesman threw in a pre runner fold out table for the miscommunication and partially damaged tent.Once I got got home I was able to look at the table and the tent.The table had bends in the top and damage to legs. Not sure if this was a used table that had been returned then packaged or damaged in shipping. The table itself was not in any plastic just in its carrying bag so maybe a return.Now onto the tent. I opened the tent to take the contents out and start with my setup and installation.  To my surprise I find tons of sharp aluminum shards. The shards were all over the tent but primarily spread out on the mattress. I had to be very careful and vacuum up tiny shards of aluminum from the mattress and sleeping area.   These are extremely sharp little pieces of aluminum all over the sleeping area.This is my first experience buying from the off grid wilderness company and my first impression is very poor.I don’t know if these quality control issues are on the manufacturer or the off grid wilderness company but for 3 separate issues to take place made it a very poor customer experience.3 strikes against the outdoor wilderness company in one interaction is enough for me to look elsewhere for my off-road needs.The outdoor wilderness company has not done enough to warrant me returning and spending my hard earned money at their store.Maybe a 10-20% on the next transaction as sorry for such bad service ????
