A service rep names Jordan stopped by and helped us out. He was punctual, honest and worked with integrity. He quickly told us we didn't need to make the changes we were initially told. I would absolutely recommend sb to anyone.

Amazing is best I can describe my experience. I put a call in and the boys arrived same day. They did a fantastic job and fixed my issue. They clearly explained things to me so that I understood from A to Z. That alone is priceless.I was quoted 900$ by my original service company for a leak test and put the fear in me that this was urgent. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion. I Highly recommend Summer Breeze Mechanical :)Fast. Friendly. Knowledgeable, Great pricing.

100% would NEVER recommend this place.I was quoted at 4 days work to install ducts, furnace and AC. The entire project took 5 WEEKS! I can understand hiccups and slight delays, but they just wouldn’t show up for days at a time, 0 communication with me. I would have to email and call, which was then met with stories and lame excuses. I had spoken with one of their technicians who, even they, told me they think their scheduling and prioritization is awful.They left garbage everywhere, metal shards all over my carpet, gaping holes in the outside wall without putting anything in them to stop critters or bugs from getting in, even after asking them to, they still didn’t fill it.After three weeks and still no furnace, I had to write a scathing email just to get them to come to my house. They jerry-rigged the furnace so it could be used. Day later the gas man sees what they did and wrote a ticket. SB Had 45 days to email them confirming the work was complete, or my gas would be shut off….I was only DAYS away before they FINALLY emailed enbridge (took several follow up emails to SB to get them to do it).When the job was FINALLY done (or at least I thought it was, turned out they didn’t put a cover on the furnace filter) I emailed with a discrepancy on the invoice. 3 follow-ups and 4 weeks later they finally responded.If you’re looking to get ignored, have garbages left around, and get incomplete work, SB is the choice. But do yourself a favour and find a reputable HVAC company.

We just moved into a new home, and needed our gas BBQ hooked up. Jordan and Corey came out right away to plumb the hook-up. We then experienced some gas smell, Jordan was back immediately, and they spent time diagnosing the issue. The result, the line for the gas BBQ was impaled while the new deck was being installed, however, the gas line is behind foam installation, but Jordan and Corey worked diligently finding the problem for us. Because it is a new home the builder is dealing with this issue, but the determination of the guys at SB Mechanical to figure this out, was awesome. It is great to deal with a company that values customer service and satisfaction.

I had an exceptional experience using Summer Breeze Mechanical Services. Megan was very friendly and promised to have a technician visit when it would be most convenient for me. Jeff was my technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped me understand my furnace and the idea of good heating in my home. I'll definitely be calling on Summer Breeze ahead of the summer to get my AC ready for the warmer months ahead. 5 stars for me!

We were given suggestions for furnaces that would accommodate our needs as well as the pros and cons for each one.The quote for the job was accurate with no hidden surprises". I found the whole team at SB to be amazing! From the office staff to the head installer (Megan and Jordan) I was super happy with the entire job from start to finish. They fixed my gas fireplace, serviced my A/C and installed a new furnace. They were awesome- highly recommend!

Jordan and crew did an excellent job installing my new AC unit. Jordan went above and beyond to help when my old AC unit broke down. The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this family business.

I could not speak more highly of John and Jordan! They were amazing and so helpful right from the get go. We were a new client and we’re still treated with the utmost respect. Another HVAC installer installed the incorrect fire damper (wasn’t rated for a high enough heat) and Summer Breeze managed to pull out the old damper and install the proper one. Not to mention our furnace room is tiny and packed with equipment. Summer Breeze did an amazing job and I will hands down call them back for future work. Highly recommend John and his team!
