Got my white Canada Goose jacket cleaned. It's been through 3 winters without proper cleaning so there was definitely some tough stains. Gibson's did a great job! Super convenient with delivery.

We had great service with rug cleaning. Drop off and pick up was very convenient and helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Gibson’s is also a great local business that gives back to the community. Great service and great value!!

Have been using them for years. The staff are very friendly and generally they do a great job, but occasionally buttons are broken or missing (most recently on a suit jacket), snaps broken (on a high end winter coat and was replaced with a substandard one that cuts your skin if you put your hand in the pocket.) buckles taken off for dry cleaning and then forgotten to to be sewn back on and lost. They are always very responsive to these issues and try hard to resolve, but sometimes the resolution doesn’t match the original quality (such as the missing buckle or the broken snap).

Gibson's provide superb service, far exceeding any other company. I've dealt with this company for 25+ years, and never been disappointed. Professional, friendly staff, prompt service and valuable advice about special fabrics. There is nowhere else in Toronto that comes close to Gibson's.

Gibson’s is my go-to dry cleaner. I’ve tried many others but Gibson’s is the best. If you have good quality pieces and you want them dry cleaned, you can trust them. They are pricier than the average dry cleaner but they always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Everything was fine with the service. Coat was dry cleaned and returned. Then I went on to put on my coat and saw this. Why they decided to PUNCTURE a $1000+ Canada Goose coat with a safety pin is beyond me! Esp given that they already placed another tag on the inside of the jacket. Shaking my head.

I gave my Canada Goose white parka to this dry cleaners as they were recommended by CG themselves. However, they had only managed to get the coffee stains out. They never paid attention to the neck and the bottom of the parka. The stains are out, but the Parka is not cleaned. I’m not satisfied with the results given I paid 113 dollars. The delivery is very inefficient as well and not useful.In addition, they used a safety pin on the fabric and now there are two holes in the fabric where it is visible.Update: their team reached out, asked what the problem was and offered to collect and clean the Parka again free of charge. The delivery was also very convenient once my account was setup completely.I updated this review from 2 to 4 stars.Also, their manager assured me that their procedures are updated to ensure pins are installed on the insides of garments now.

This was my first time getting my winter coats dry cleaned after years of owning them and let me tell you the quality and customer that Gibson cleaners provided is top notch!I was initially scared to get both my Moose Knuckles bomber and parka get dry cleaned by just any dry cleaners because of the horror stories so I did my research and found Gibson's as the top dry cleaners in Toronto (btw I am from Brampton) and is the only authorized Canada Goose dry cleaners. From the initial phone call with Linley to picking up the coats I have been very satisfied and happy with the outcome. It feels that I am getting a brand new coat again!This is why I love family owned businesses, they really take care of their work along with treating their customers/clients as their own. I highly recommend them for all your dry cleaning needs! If I can give higher than 5 stars I will, that's just how satisfied I am.

Finally got a chance to leave a review. This cleaner ruined my $1,300 Mackage jacket! Despite advertising on their website about specializing in Mackage, Moose Knucle etc...I brought my jacket in Nov of last year because of light dusting; it was less than a year old. The lady did a check list, noting a tiny scratch on the Mackage logo. That's it.When I got it back there was damage all along the leather trim. (Image 1&2)The jacket looked horrible.They claimed that it's not damaged, they just missed a treatment step.I gave them a chance to remedy the situation. Couple of weeks later the jacket is returned, this time they DYED THE BUTTONS BLACK...and the trim still looked horrible. It was in a worse condition than when I had first brought it in (Image 3&4)They expect me to walk around with a $1,000+ jacket that now looked like this!I now wanted all communication in writing via email since they clearly couldn't fix the issue; but the cleaner refused to cooperate insisting on verbal resolution. They felt entitled to waste my time and energy like this until I sent a registered letter to their headoffice. After this it transitioned into email but they cited:It’s usually our policy to speak with clients in person or over the phone to resolve client service issues".A call to Consumer Protection Agency informs you it's well within reason to request a resolution in writing
