2 years ago I brought in my computer to this place after it had been encountering Blue Screens of Death for over 6 months from literally doing anything. My computer was a custom built machine by myself, and the issue began happening after I had RMA'ed (warranty replaced) my motherboard and one of my graphics cards. They had my computer for approx a week before they called to told me to pick up my computer. They checked EVERYTHING but the blue screens persisted, even when they tested other ram sticks and Graphics cards, ensuring that wasn't the issue.Upon pick up, allowed me into the tech room to show me the machine, stating that they were having trouble getting the graphics cards back into their slots, because of the able management and size of the cards. The clips slid to the right and wiggling the slightly makes them easier to move and i was able to get the cards in and secured in less than 5 minutes. After we put the machine back in it's box, i put the power cord at the bottom of the box before taking it directly to Compu Clone (who damaged my computer and tried to blame it on the Web Beach which was BS).When leaving they said that there might have been an incompatibility with my hardware, but they couldn't be 100% sure because it Blue screened even with other hardware.Another 3 months later I discovered that the Motherboard i was given was a revision 3 instead of a revision 2, and this new revision no longer supported half of the hardware that the previous revision had, and that manufacturer had finally updated the supported hardware list removing incompatible hardware which included my CPU, Graphics cards and RAM. I ended up saving my money and upgraded my Motherboard, and CPU and solved the issue.They sell up to date computers and components. I bought a 10 foot HDMI cord from them for $5-$8 and it works great!Their phone number is currently disconnected and some part of their information is or was outdated. When i went there 2 years ago they were located in Glace Bay across from the Ultramar.Great service and prices.

Very poor customer service.Was given an appointment but they showed up 30 minutes late and didn't tell me what was wrong with my computer. When questions were asked they said they were in a hurry because they were making pizza. Not a great way to run a business.
