Great company and even better workers

My wife called here to get a price to replace a smashed glass door. Spoke to Shawn, initially over the phone we were quoted $300 for a temporary piece of glass to be installed & $600 for a replacement piece that was going to take 6-12weeks to order in. We were told it would be $105/hr for labour (not each guy). They had 2 guys show up to measure the door after I already gave them the measurements. Then they had to come back again because they measured the door wrong. Then another guy that was going to install the replacement glass had to come measure the door again. Then after 2 weeks we get a quote emailed to us for $1855.00 plus HST. When I called to ask about this quote to install 1 piece of glass I was now told I had to pay travel time plus now the labour is $105/hr/guy lol. Meanwhile their store is 15min drive from me. I was told by Shawn to never contact them again that I am going to be the way I am going to be. Not sure what that means. Needless to say I cancelled the order but still had to pay $510 plus HST for a temporary piece of glass. I would never do business with a shady place like this again. I initially contacted them on July 6 and I received the quote on July 22 after they were told to go ahead with the original price & had my credit card #.
