St Regis Hotel

We always stay at St Regis whenever we visit Vancouver, the rooms are spotless, the staff are amazing and so helpful. We enjoy the breakfast that's included. Have stayed there for the past 13 years and never been disappointed.

Loved staying five nights in this hotel. The breakfast was one of a kind..3 varieties no wastage limited but good. Rooms clean & the bathtub great after long walks in the city. Complimentary two bottles of water & chocolates was a sweet gesture too. Helpful & attentive staffs. One of the best multi grain toasts that I have ever taken.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis in Vancouver and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The customer service was top-notch and truly exceeded my expectations.The bathroom in my room was absolutely stunning, with luxurious amenities and a spacious layout that made me feel like royalty. And the breakfast was simply amazing - every dish was perfectly prepared and presented with care. I especially loved the selection of fresh juices, which added a refreshing touch to the meal.But what really sets the St. Regis apart is the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I felt like a VIP from beginning to end.Overall, I highly recommend the St. Regis in Vancouver to anyone looking for an unforgettable hotel experience. The combination of a beautiful bathroom, delicious breakfast, and unparalleled customer service truly made my stay one to remember. Five stars all around!

First of all, the staff are very helpful and friendly. That includes the restaurant downstairs which serves a delicious free breakfast. I've come here for work several times and they are very helpful - they even helped me find my phone. I had some issues with the reservation but they dealt with them professionally and I was very satisfied with the outcome. The attached bar is a great place for happy hour. To improve, it would be nice to have a fridge in the room and softer pillows.

This was my first visit to the St Regis, and I was very pleased by the experience. It was smack dab in the middle of downtown and right beside a train station, for convenience.The service was always perfect, and although the rooms are small (which is completely understandable as it is an old building), it was clean and exactly what I needed.The breakfast was an awesome perk, and the dining area was very welcoming and a great way to start your morning.I will 100% stay here again whether on business or for pleasure.

Spent two nights at St Regis. Staff is helpful but interactions can be a awkward. The rooms are tastefully decorated, there’s nothing in the rooms that looks like it doesn’t belong. The heated floor in the bathroom is a great feature. Big comfortable shower and quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel offered. Bed is comfortable, with good quality linens. There also was a full length mirror which I appreciated a lot. The location is pretty good too, I found it very easy to walk or Uber where I wanted to go. I recommend for short term stays.

Stayed here for 2 nights/3 days June 2023 - a real gem of a hotel with lovely rooms and amenities and a really great breakfast. Good central location with easy access from Waterfront station- which is the direct train line from the airport - and some of the best staff I’ve dealt with anywhere in the world. everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient and helpful.

The room was incredible, clean, large. Great amenities in the washroom (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was high quality). The staff was excellent and the breakfast was made to order with 3 very good options. Would definitely stay here next time we come to Vancouver

The first impression at the reception was awful. The receptionist treated us in a racisistic way. Furthermore, he tried to make fun of our moves. I am pretty sure if my skin tone was lighter or I had not any accent, he would never dare to treat us in that way.Except that the rest was OK. Everything was clean and shiny and location wise, It is perfect.But there was some sort of strange smell in the room we had.

Wow, the service was outstanding! Every interaction with staff was very courteous and productive; everyone wants to help make your stay the best in can be! In addition, our room was really nice. Well designed with good amenities and nice natural light through all the windows! Breakfast is great and we enjoyed the pub. Great location for downtown Vancouver experience.
