Avery is by far the best. I travel across Ontario 5 days a week in 8 major cities and countless Tim Hortons and have never been to another Tim Hortons location managed so well.

A big shout out to Tim Horton's for being worried about times in the drive thru more then quality of what's going out. Third time in less then a week my coffee has had more coffee grounds in it then coffee. Long time customer that isn't coming back anymore ill drive out of my way to go to McDonalds or Starbucks to get good coffee and good service. Not to mention the correct order.... DD Coffee not maybe sugar or maybe cream. Time to improve Timmies

Can't handle butter on bagels. This is every single time. If cream cheese, it's even worse. It's not hard to butter a bagel with a normal amount and very little mess. People are nice but food sucks.

Quick and friendly service, coffee was filled all the way up to the top which is greatly appreciated. I find most Windsor locations are skimpy with filling their beverages to the top.

Lucy gets all 5 of those stars. Sheis amazing, friendly, and makes my day every morning that I see her. Lucy is the only one that makes my coffee any good. I get a nasty attitude from the other girl and the food is always terrible.

Stopped here for coffee and to use the restroom. The restroom was filthy. It had no toilet paper, and the soap dispenser was broken. I asked the Tim Horton's employee which bathroom they used; she said the same as the customers. We left without purchasing anything.
