Best store! Me and my mom came shopping here for dresses to wear to my step sister's wedding. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They did not rush us or try to upsell us. The selection is huge for every size of body you have, every style, and for every time of year. The prices were good and they even had a same day appointment available. I highly recommend coming here!

We bought a dress from here today and we were absolutely very impressed with the staff and family atmosphere. They know what they are talking about and they very knowledgeable. We absolutely recommend checking them out.

I came here with my family this past weekend and the experience was great. It was the first bridal shop we went to (out of four, ultimately), and even though I ended up getting my wedding dress elsewhere in the end, I had such a good appointment and it really stood out above some of the other shops! Natasha was so patient and friendly, she let us pick out so many dresses to try on. She was extremely experienced, knew exactly what alterations were possible, and would make great suggestions. When I tried on an extravagant ballgown dress, which there was no way I was buying for my style, Natasha even went and got me a tiara just for the photo op! I would definitely recommend Moscatel to any other bride. :)

Natasha was amazing. I had a tough time finding the right dress before visiting Moscatel. As an untraditional bride, I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Natasha was attentive and creative - she found me the most STUNNING dress. Five star service and a great selection of gorgeous dresses! Don’t hesitate to visit this gem of a boutique.

Honestly best bridal shop ever! I found my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses at Moscatel, I looked at many different bridal shops in and around the Ottawa area but nothing compares to here! Such detailed and beautiful designs at a good price. My bridal party all had an amazing experience and found everything we wanted and more! I recommend Maria the owner 100000% !! She is an absolute miracle worker and she works so incredibly hard to make sure that you look absolutely perfect on your big day!! I have never received more compliments in my lifetime than when I was wearing my dress, I seriously felt amazing. I was even told by acquaintances that I looked like a model from a bridal magazine! Wow! If you’re wondering if you should look for your bridal gown at Moscatel just do, you’ll have an amazing experience and you will not regret it! I’m so happy that I got my beautiful wedding dress, earrings from Moscatel!!! Maria thank you so incredibly much for all your hard work!! We visited this store on the weekend and it is a bit of a drive from Ottawa but so worth it! The selection was fantastic, the dresses are lovely, and the service was top notch! There were different price options too and we were able to find a prom dress that was both stunning and in our budget! The owner, Maria was so helpful and attentive -a great shopping experience. Highly recommend!

I went here because they have an excellent website that shows wedding gowns on sale with sizes and prices. I am so happy I did. Natasha was so helpful and friendly. I had such a great experience and bought my dress. Would highly recommend moscatel.

I would recommend anyone on the market for a wedding dress to go see the amazing mother/daughter team at Moscatel Boutique. They have by far the best prices of all the wedding dress boutiques I went to in Ottawa and they provide outstanding customer service! Natasha was very helpful and patient while I tried on wedding dresses. I had an issue with the alterations of my wedding dress, and they went above and beyond to provide a solution and backup solution for me right away. They worked with the tailor (another business, not in-house) to make sure my wedding dress was perfect. I would recommend Moscatel to anyone in a heartbeat.

My best friend booked a bridal fitting here and she found her dress! Natasha was so helpful and attentive. The dress selection and pricing is great and they also have evening dresses in the downstairs level. They also have spacious rooms to have your bridal party together in a more intimate setting for the fitting! Unfortunately they do not provide the bubbly but that's okay! Loved it overall!
