Really excellent staff all around, super pleasant and welcoming and are great at putting you at ease. Dr. A is great and informative. Glad I chose this dental office.

As always my dental treatment today was a pleasure. Today I was especially impressed that my X-rays were done with absolutely no discomfort and particular attention was paid to my fear of how this might effect my vertigo issues.

I have not had a bad experience at this clinic. I suffer dental anxiety and the entire staff have been great with helping me to manage it, while being incredibly understanding and compassionate about it. They have been detailed with explaining whatever I was having done so I understood the procedure and took the time to make sure I was okay during the entire thing.

I am not one to enjoy or like the dentist at all (due to a couple bad experiences as a child). But this place was super. They made me feel calm and relaxed and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I asked alot of questions and was very nervous but they worked with me and made me feel calm and were patient with all my questions. The dentist was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I highly recommend going here especially if you have a fear of dentists or anxiety issues with going to dentists .

No better service anywhere. Prices are insane but they follow the fee guide so same everywhere apparently. Sent us home with warm cookies! Who does that?

The people at concept dental are so kind and personable. They got me in much quicker than I had anticipated, the dental work was done quickly and I felt the bill at the end of the appointment was quite reasonable.Concept dental will now be my new dentist.
