We hired them to install Control 4 in our home, we had issues from the beginning and were never able to get them to come back. 3 years later we’ve found another company to fix the issues, only to find out Cinergy messed it up period. They never got back to any of our requests for help, WORST SERVICE EVER!

Pretty mediocre response times to support calls. Products are okay but who cares when something goes wrong. I would avoid them.
