Great Condo and very quiet, spacious units unbelievable maintenance team and security is top notch. 6 acres of land sorrounded by two golf courses can’t beat that lifestyle. Great gym and beautiful swimming pool salt water

First, you’re greeted by the kindest security at the gatehouse. The recently renovated round about and front entryway landscaping beautifully accents the building. As soon as you enter, the front desk attendant greets you. From here, you may find yourself swimming in the outdoor pool which overlooks the golf course, playing tennis on the professional grade courts, walking the beautiful outdoor/ fully landscaped grounds, enjoying a good book in the library, playing euchre in the card room, enjoying a game of pool or darts, getting a work out in the gym, or simply enjoying the magnificent views from the units themselves.

An absolute gem of a property and has to be the best managed building and grounds in the GTA.Stunning landscaping around the pool area and a beautiful cobble stone driveway.This place is above and beyond the rest. I’m sure the turnover in this building is very low because of how well run it is.

I recently bought a condo here. After viewing many condos in Mississauga and Oakville I can confidently say that nothing comes close to The Fairways in terms of value and location. As a millennial (late 20s) I enjoy the many amenities the condo has to offer and it's walking distance to the GO train, which makes my routine downtown Toronto trips easy. Further, the condo's proximity to Lake Ontario makes for scenic runs and bike rides. Overall, The Fairways is a great place to call home.

Maybe one of the nicest settings for a condo in Mississauga. Backing into well manicured lawns of the golf course makes this place special. Will miss it now out grandma has moved out.

Fairways Condo
Excellent condo building for an older demographic. A lot of retirees with a lot of community events. My mom (85) loves it there. The grounds are beautiful.
