***Updated review: I have written an honest review about my own experience most times I have come to use my minutes and how some staff seems to not know how to greet and speak to customers in a friendly welcoming way depending on what mood they're in that day. It seems as if my very valid complaint was dismissed as false instead of being taken into consideration. Not only that I stated that I had come to the salon during your open hours only to find the salon was closed early (at 3:30pm) when it clearly stated you were open until 4. I am not mistaken about this as I confirmed your hours on Google before driving there. But thank you for your dismissal of my complaints, I will consider one of the other salons next time.***This tanning salon is where customer service goes to die. Not only is this place only open for 8 hours over the weekend, every time you come in there is an absolute look of disapointment on their faces at the fact you're even there. I have driven all the way there during business hours before only to find out they've closed early with no signs as to why. I have spent over $250 at this location and greeted them with kindness every time I enter yet hardly am even acknowledged or when I am I feel like they'd rather I just leave as to not inconvenience them. If you want to have repeat customers then maybe it would be a good idea to focus on training employees to be good with customer service and have normal hours so we can actually utilize the minutes we spent money on.

Honestly look no further.I have not been to a tanning salon in a long time, so I was probably one of those annoying" customer with a lot of questions.. The staff really made me feel confident1) I felt so welcomed right off the bat2) They took the time to answer all my questions in depthThe staff here are amazing!They are so friendly and extremely helpful!I really like the variety of beds they have :)"

have been a client of tan de soleil for just over a year and must say that these five stars are heading to the girls; they are just wonderful.my tan days are honestly the best highlight of the week. thank you tan de soleil for an amazing experience!

Staff are friendly, professional, and the place is always clean!

I mainly go to the Denman location but since I was in coquitlam today I decided to come to this location. Perissa is by far the most friendly and welcoming staff I've ever met at any of the tan de soleil locations! She made the experience amazing. She is so kind and makes you feel like a valued client. I really appreciated it

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facility and prices are competitive if not better than most. Very glad to have found this spot!

Friendly staff, clean place, great prices.Down side is their hours of operation. Closed at 4 Saturday, open at 12 Sundays and then 10am week days.
