Highly recommend Kal Tire on McDonald St. We were on our way out of town in a snow storm and had a flat tire. Pulled in to Kal Tire and they helped us right away and got us back on the road quickly. We made it to our destination on time. They literally saved the day for us. Thank you to the team at Kal Tire!

They refuse to inflate tires up to manufacturer's recommended pressure, in the name of safety. If they don't trust the manufacturer, they shouldn't carry their products. Ultimately it's to sell more tires. Under inflation is the biggest killer of tire life and they know it.

Appointment availability is good, I went in to get a wheel alignment and new tires. They couldn’t do the wheel alignment due to a bad pitman arm. I replaced the pitman arm and went back in the next week. For a second time they say they weren’t able to do it because of a bad inner tie rod and lower ball joint. Why wouldn’t they have caught that the first time and reported the issues so I could’ve replaced everything at once when I had the truck apart in the shop. I drove all the way into the city to get the wheel alignment and now I have to do it a third time. But after reading reviews this sounds like a common occurrence. I would not recommend this location, the tech also left road grime all over my interior when he was done as well.

Jade and Dallas were awesome representatives of Kal-Tire. Kal Tire completed a mechanical inspection for us, and went above and beyond while our vehicle was in their lot.They did their best to get the work done as soon as they could by slotting in our vehicle between appointments. Thanks again!!
