Jones Boys Boats

My boyfriend and I have rented boats from Jones Boys once a summer over the last few years and have always had great experiences. The staff are always friendly and helpful and allow for hassle free re-booking/scheduling when the weather doesn’t cooperate (no financial penalty to the renter). On July 8 this year, staff went above and beyond to help me when my partner and I were involved in a serious boating accident. The staff helped me upon my arrival back at the dock and were caring and compassionate towards me as we waited for the ambulance to arrive. After the accident, they advised us that they would not be charging us for the damage the boat sustained (minor I believe/hope!?), the cleaning fee or the gas $ as we failed to top up before return of the rental. I hope that when I make a full recovery, we will be able to utilize their rental service again some day. Thank you again to everyone at Jones Boys Boats for your assistance, you’ll never know how truly appreciated the help was.

Really was looking forward to supporting this local business. But there store policy (regarding payment) has made that difficult. So unfortunately elsewhere I go. Just bought a boat and now can't order parts from them without credit card

Just purchased a boat from Jones Boys, and I seriously could not be happier! Calvin was amazing and super great to work with.Came all the way from Vancouver, and was 100% worth the trip! Would recommend to everyone!

We rented a boat for the day and they were very friendly and the boat worked well! They checked it over before and after and were very fair about costs and fees. It is fairly expensive but worth the fun for the day! The water is cold!

Took my Older boat (alpha one Merc.) Had bellows done. Mechanic told me gimble bearing should be done by next season, but was good for the year. I told them I would bring it by next spring. I then was going to take boat back next year to get gimble bearing and was told that we no longer work on old boats. They would not work on it or honor the fact I told them I would be back after the chat with the mechanic the previous season.

This place was fantastic stuff was really friendly they have lots of different rental options for great affordable if you are in the neighborhood I highly recommend you take advantage of their outdoor toys because it's a beautiful little city to explore

Rented the Starcraft 2100, was a great boat, ran perfect, family loved it. They were great to deal with and made the process extremely easy and streamlined. Would highly recommend renting from them.
